Namaste!
We just played and won our first pool game vs. Argentina, the 2016 Olympic champions. The game was scheduled at 12:00 PM (local time) under heavy sun.
For this tournament we welcome a few young, and talented players. It was a great team performance. Winning your first game in a tournament definitely helps bringing the confidence level up.
Now it’s time to rest, and focus on the next games. Given the tournament format, it’ll be important to win our next two games, and definitely the quarterfinal one, afterwards.
Next milestone is tomorrow vs. Spain at 13:00 CET (17:30 local time). Another tough game ahead. See full schedule here.
